We identified the issue and have rolled out a fix that was blocking the ingested data from being fully visible in Clickhouse. No data was lost and events are now processing normally.

Our data processing infrastructure is running behind which is causing inaccuracies in the reporting tools. No data has been lost and the system should be caught up shortly.
