We have identified and resolved the heavy load affecting our workers caused by an internal process. Systems have returned to normal and are operating as expected. We are continuing to monitor to ensure the issue is fully resolved.

Investigating

The Billing section is intermittently timing out, making it inaccessible for some users. We are actively working on resolving the issue. This incident also affects our Billing API, which is used to submit tickets, meaning some customers may be unable to create support tickets through our platform.
